Fighters Squad emerged as the overall champion during the intramural meet slated August 31 to September 2.
Athletes from the four competing teams battled in the different sports events like basketball (M/W), volleyball (M/W), badminton (M/W), sepak takraw (M/W), table tennis (M/W), chess (M/W), cheer dance and dance sports.
Aside from sports, students also competed in the literary, musical, dance and visual arts.
In this year’s Culture and the Arts Festival, the four teams also had a face off in extemporaneous speech, storytelling, pagkukwento, dagliang talumpati, short and sweet play, radio drama, instrumental playing, vocal solo (pop), vocal duet (pop), vocal solo (classical), essay writing, pagsusulat ng sanaysay, hip hop dance, on-the-spot painting, and charcoal rendering.
After the three-day competition, SciTechOA was declared the third runner-up; Magic Warriors, second runner-up; Legendary Warriors, first runner-up; and Fighters Squad took the championship crown.
