8 newly hired and promoted personnel take oath of office

Eight academic and non-academic personnel of CapSU Mambusao Satellite College participated in the mass oath taking ceremony of newly hired and promoted personnel of Capiz State University, Sept. 3, at the Training Center of CapSU Dayao Satellite College.
Of the 119 personnel who were inducted, 56 were newly hired and 63 were promoted.
The newly hired personnel of the Campus were Leo B. Pula, Michelle Lariosa-Espartero, Janice D. Ballera and Jean B. Torre.
On the other hand, Virginia P. Cabales, Frocy M. Navarrosa, Freden S. Delgado and Olga L. Llanera were promoted to higher academic ranks.
They swore their oath of office before Dr. Editha C. Alfon, university president.
Before administering the oath, Alfon extended her congratulations to the participants especially to the newly hired for being part of the CapSU family.
Addressing the newly promoted personnel, she called on them to remain humble and not to use their position to abuse others, instead help them.
Alfon inspired the personnel by sharing how she started at the bottom until she reached her present position as head of the University. She encouraged them to strive hard in order get promoted.
Alfon also made an appeal to all personnel of the University to practice empathy and to have a sense of gratitude by being loyal to CapSU.
After the induction ceremony, Dr. Susan O. Dangan, vice president for academic affairs, acquainted the personnel with some academic concerns.
Dr. Honey Lee E. Casa, human resource director, talked about government office hours, while Ms. Marilyn D. Bornales, human resource management officer, discussed the rules on leave.
