CapSU MSC Folk Dance Wins Bronze in PASUV VI Culture and the Arts Festival

Capiz State University-Mambusao Satellite College (CapSU MSC) folk dancers brought home bronze medals after making it in the top 3 during the 2017 Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges-Western Visayas (PASUC VI) Folkdance Competition held at the University of Antique, Sibalom Campus, Nov. 6.
Having been adjudged champion during the Intercampus Meet 2017, CapSU MSC folk dancers were given the privilege to represent the University in the regional level.
The folk dance group was composed of Andrian Mamon, Diego Kyron Lopez, Jason Sanchez, Jeremy Falsario, Zarah Anne May Dela Torre, Myrize Ledesma, Rachelle Facto, Jaisa Mae Lozano, Leslie Launio and Peter Jhon Alido. They trained under the supervision of Dr. Jemmy T. Lozano.
Though finishing only third, group made history by bringing home for the first time medals for the Campus from the PASUV VI Culture and the Arts Festival.
This year’s PASUV VI Culture and the Arts Festival was participated by 11 state universities and colleges in Western Visayas.
