Faculty and staff help in preparing food packs.

As the extended enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) nears the target date of lifting, CAPSU Mambusao does not stop in responding to the COVID-19 crisis.
In full force, faculty and staff distributed almost 200 food packs (lunch and snacks) and 700 face masks to frontliners in barangays and to those affected by the lockdown.
Eigthy-three personnel and inmates of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Mambusao received lunch from the school. Since the lockdown started, the institution has stopped accepting visitors for the inmates thereby limiting the food they receive.
Other beneficiaries of food packs include frontliners in barangays conducting checkpoints and traffic enforcers.
As wearing of face mask is a must in Mambusao, CAPSU Mambusao produced 700 pieces to be given free. There has been a scarcity of face masks in Mambusao and the school wanted to help those in need.
Face masks were distributed to market vendors, marketgoers, barangay checkpoints, traffic enforcers and business establishments.
CAPSU Mambusao has been raising funds out of the contributions of the faculty and staff to realize its mission of providing assistance to frontliners and people affected by COVID-19.
