Capiz State University-Mambusao Satellite College and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-Mambusao District Jail executed and entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the extension program of the Bachelor of Arts in English Language (BAEL), Oct. 3.
Both parties agree to share expertise in different fields of endeavor in making the areas of coverage progressive and sustainable thereby improving the lives of the people. Likewise, they share mutual concern and pledge their support, cooperation and services in the conduct of the program.
BAEL will specifically cater the persons deprived of liberty (PDL) enrolled in the Alternative Learning System (ALS) of the Department of Education.
The MOA was signed by Dr. Editha C. Alfon, CAPSU President; and JSINSP Dever D. Fantilaga, OIC-Mambusao District Jail. Signing as witnesses were Dr. Adelfo Z. Virtudazo, satellite college director; Dr. Rhodora L. Ticar, extension chairperson; Dr. Maria Aurora G. Victoriano, BAEL program coordinator; Prof. Lida L. Corcino, external affairs and linkages chairperson; SJO4 Dionesio A. Lavalle, UESJO; JO3 Jessica G. Lantoria, unit welfare and development, JNOR/ ALS coordinator; and JO1 Norma L. Dela Cruz, asst. WDO JNOR.
