Students pay tribute to mentors on World Teachers' Day

The Supreme Student Council (SSC) and Future Leaders of the Philippines (FLP) officers along with the officers of other organizations in the Campus joined forces to give their teachers, instructors and professors a very special treat this World Teachers' Day, Oct. 5.

To commence the celebration, faculty members in their dressy casual OOTD were ushered in a grand entrance going to their seats. Each one took the spotlight when they were called one by one to come up the stage accompanied students and a special message was read for them.

Teachers also received various gifts from sticky notes with heartwarming messages to layers of cake.
Bachelor of Arts in English Language (BAEL) family

Some received bouquets of fresh and artificial flowers, chocolates, sachets of coffee, pens and pencils, and other stuffs. There were also students who offered their teachers portrait drawings.
Bachelor of Science in Food Technology (BSFT) family

Talented students offered special numbers such as spoken poetry, songs and dances. Some even made an original composition as tribute to their teachers.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) family

The surprising part of the affair was the presentation of special awards to some teachers. Those were funny awards but reflect the personality and character of the teachers.

This year's World Teachers' Day celebration in the campus is a testament that students love their teachers.
