The Supreme Student Council in cooperation with the Future Leader of the Philippines, Tertiary Education Subsidy Grantees–Student Organization, and Society of Arts Students organized a relief goods distribution to residents of Papasok and Bonifacio Street, Mambusao, Capiz who were severely affected by the floods that occurred last November 2022.
More or less 116 packs of canned goods, instant noodles, instant coffee and rice were distributed to the recipients at CAPSU MSC gymnasium.
Last year, these organizations conducted a donation drive and they were able to raise some amount which they used to purchase the said relief goods. Some also donated pre-loved clothes which were also distributed to the recipients.
Poblacion Proper Brgy. Captain Norberto Lamayo along with other barangay officials were present to assist in the distribution.
This activity was conducted during the opening of second semester of A.Y. 2022-2023.
The beneficiaries were grateful of the relief goods shared by the CAPSUnians.
