Faculty and staff play 'patintero' during their team building activity.

CAPSU Mambusao faculty, staff, and students took a well-deserved break from their school duties as they embarked on a team building activity at Marama Beach after their mangrove planting in Guibongan, Lonoy, Sapian, Capiz, July 12.
Recognizing the importance of holistic well-being, the participants gathered by the seashore to unwind, breathe in the fresh air, and immerse themselves in the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
Led by Dr. Adelfo Z. Virtudazo, satellite college director, the participants were divided into three teams.
The aim was to foster team spirit and unity among the group. To achieve this, each team was given a time limit of two minutes to create a unique chant.
After the allotted time, the teams presented their chants, showcasing their enthusiasm and camaraderie. This exercise encouraged creativity, collaboration, and effective communication among team members.
The team building session at Marama Beach didn't just involve mental exercises but also physical activities to promote active participation and friendly competition.
Following a delectable feast, the faculty eagerly and staff eagerly indulged in a spirited game of "patintero," a nostalgic Filipino pastime that evoked cherished memories while showcasing their unwavering agility, unyielding teamwork, and shrewd strategic prowess. Peals of laughter reverberated through the air as participants unleashed their competitive spirits, further solidifying the profound bonds shared among colleagues.
The beach rendezvous acted as a soothing sanctuary for the CAPSU Mambusao faculty, staff, and students, offering them a momentary escape from the relentless demands of their academic pursuits.
It allowed them to temporarily step away from their daily school responsibilities and find solace in the serene surroundings and refreshing coastal breeze.
By prioritizing their holistic well-being, they were able to relax, foster camaraderie, and rejuvenate their minds and bodies. CAPSU Mambusao continues to prioritize the well-being of its faculty, staff, and students, ensuring that they have opportunities to unwind, connect, and recharge.
The successful team building activity at Marama Beach serves as a testament to the commitment of the CAPSU Mambusao community to holistic health and a positive work environment.
