L-R: Alumni Chairperson Prof. Judith L. Vista, SSC Vice President Charlene L. Arendaying, SSC President Kin F. Sabala, Satellite College Director Adelfo Z. Virtudazo, and SSC Adviser Prof. Olga L. Llanera pose with the donations of the SSC.

Capiz State University Mambusao Satellite College received donation from the Supreme Student Council (SSC) and Future Leaders of the Philippines (FLP) this Academic Year 2023-2024.
SSC President Kin F. Sabala and SSC Adviser Prof. Olga L. Lanera handed in to Dr. Adelfo Z. Virtudazo, satellite college director, two industrial wall fans, two wireless microphones, and 72 meters cloth, all amounting to Php20,876.45.
The fund used to purchase these projects came from the standing fund of the organization out of the penalties collected from the students for not attending flag ceremonies and other school activities.
SSC penalizes students by collecting Php10 for every flag raising ceremony and school activity missed by the students as stipulated in the resolution passed by the SSC officers and approved by the University President.
The wall fans are installed at the gymnasium, while the microphones are under the custody of Mr. Maricor L. Tinagan, the sound system operator. These will be used for school programs.
Dr. Virtudazo expressed gratitude for the donation and mentioned that this contribution will greatly benefit the school.
"This will be the legacy of you, Kin, as the president of the Supreme Student Council, and your term as a whole," Dr. Virtudazo declared.

Meanwhile, FLP added another project this school year to the previous projects it had given to the school.
FLP donated two sets of lighted panaflex signage amounting to Php61,000.00.
A big signage measuring five feet by ten feet is installed at the entrance of the campus while a smaller one measuring four feet by five feet is situated on the side of the national highway. These signages were installed in January 2024.
The fund used for this project came from the fiduciary fund intended for the organization.
Every semester, an amount of Php100 in the tuition and miscellaneous fees of each student is intended for the FLP.
The fund is intended for the activities of the organization like leadership trainings and seminars. But the organization also sets aside some amount for their projects.
