SSC prexy Arendaying departs for Indonesia

Charlene L. Arendaying takes her flight at Roxas City airport today, January 29, for her internship in Indonesia as a SEA-Teacher project participant.
Arendaying is a third year Bachelor of Arts in English Language student and currently serving as president of the Supreme Student Council.
Joining Arendaying in her flight are Johanna O. Olivas of Burias Campus and Daniel A. Villanueva of Dayao Satellite College.
The three of them will undergo their pre-service training at Universitas Pekalongan in Indonesia.
Last January 22, The Courier Editor-in-Chief Kin F. Sabala left the country for his internship in Udon Thani Rajhabat University in Thailand.
Sabala and Arendaying are among the 28 students sent out by the University to be part of the 10th batch of SEA-Teacher Student Exchange Program of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO).
In exchange, the university received 21 inbound exchange students from Indonesia.
Arendaying was sent off by Prof. Lida L. Corcino, EAL coordinator; Dr. Maria Aurora G. Victoriano, BAEL program coordinator; and Prof. Freden S. Delgado, student publication adviser.
Indonesian exchange students Derly Syahputra and Dennis Rahmatullah Asral also joined the sendoff.
