NEWS: BAEL alumnus receives achievement award at PRAISE '25

Joey O. Luces, an alumnus of the Bachelor of Arts in English Language (BAEL) program, was among the distinguished honorees at the 2025 Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) held at the Hall of Governors, Capiz Provincial Capitol, June 23.
Currently serving as planning assistant at the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO), Luces received an Achievement Award for winning the Best Research Award during the 2024 5th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Industry and Academic Research—an international recognition that highlights his dedication to scholarly excellence and public service.
The PRAISE program, spearheaded by the provincial government, aims to recognize exemplary employees who demonstrate outstanding performance, ethical leadership, and meaningful contributions to the community.
This year’s ceremony brought together provincial officials and employees to celebrate a culture of integrity and excellence in governance.
