In the visual competition, Sharyl Jane Estrabo earned a silver medal in On-the-Spot Painting, where participants were tasked with creating original artworks based on a surprise theme within a limited time frame.
In spoken word and oratory events, Gabriel Flores secured a silver medal in Deklamasyon (Filipino declamation), delivering a stirring piece that touched on themes of heritage and identity.
Ma. Joan Syvel Ludero added another silver medal to the campus’s tally with a powerful performance in Oratoryo (Filipino oration), while Mariedan OlorisÃsimo claimed bronze in Persuasive Oratory, where her compelling arguments and confident delivery resonated with judges.
The performing arts category also highlighted the talent of the Himig Kalingawan Performing Arts Group, which garnered a silver medal in the Standard Chorale competition, further contributing to Mambusao’s overall medal tally.
As the curtains closed on the 18th University Sportsfest and Conference, participants left with not just medals and certificates, but with lasting memories, new friendships, and a renewed commitment to upholding the university’s tradition of excellence.
